- في حال كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المذكورة، يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
- في حال وصول المنتج غير مطابق للمواصفات المعروضة في المتجر، يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع.
- المنتجات المشتراة خلال فترات التخفيضات أو العروض الترويجية غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاسترداد.
- يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر أحد وسائل التواصل المتاحة”.
- يجب التأكد من أن المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وأن يتم إرجاعها في تغليفها الأصلي وبنفس حالتها عند الاستلام.
- رسوم الشحن للاسترجاع والاستبدالتخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لرسوم شحن قدرها 20 ريال سعودي.
- في حال الاسترجاع، يتم خصم مبلغ 20 ريال سعودي من قيمة المبلغ المسترد.
- في حال الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن البالغة 20 ريال سعودي.
أحكام وشروط عامة
- يتيح كارماين الاستبدال خلال 5 أيام والاسترجاع خلال يومين من تاريخ استلام الشحنة داخل المملكة العربية السعودية.
- لا يتم قبول المنتجات المستخدمة أو المتضررة ضمن طلبات الاسترجاع.
- في حال إعادة الطلب إلى المتجر من قبل شركة الشحن بسبب عدم استلامه من قبل العميل لمدة تزيد عن 5 أيام، سيتم خصم رسوم الشحن وإعادة المبلغ المتبقي إلى وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة خلال مدة تصل إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلامنا للطلب المرتجع.
- في حال طلب استرجاع منتج سليم وخالٍ من العيوب:
- يجب على العميل توضيح سبب الاسترجاع، ويتحمل رسوم الشحن. وبعد التأكد من أن المنتج غير مستخدم وفي تغليفه الأصلي، يتم استرجاع المبلغ بعد خصم رسوم الشحن (20 ريال سعودي) والرسوم الإدارية خلال مدة تتراوح بين 5 إلى 10 أيام.
- في حال طلب استبدال منتج سليم وخالٍ من العيوب:
- يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن (20 ريال سعودي) لإرسال المنتج إلى عنوان المتجر. وبعد التأكد من أنه غير مستخدم وفي تغليفه الأصلي، يتم استبدال المنتج.

- If the product is defective or does not match the stated specifications, the customer has the right to request a return or an exchange.
- If the product received does not match the specifications listed on the store, the customer is entitled to a return.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Ensure that the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a SAR 20 shipping fee.
- For returns, the SAR 20 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the 20 shipping fee.
General Terms & Conditions
- Carmine allows exchanges within 5 days and returns within 2 days from the date of delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Used or damaged products will not be accepted as returns.
- If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to non-collection for more than 5 days, shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date we receive the return.
- For returns of non-defective products:
- The customer must state the reason for the return and bear the return shipping cost. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be unused and in its original packaging, the refund will be processed after deducting the 20 shipping fee and administrative fees, within 5–10 days.
- For exchanges of non-defective products:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping cost (SAR 20) to send the product to the store address. Once confirmed to be unused and in its original packaging, the product will be exchanged.
