هل يتم الشحن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية؟

كم تكلفة الشحن؟
يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب. تخضع جميع عمليات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لرسوم شحن قدرها 20 ريال سعودي.
ماذا يحدث في حال عدم استلام الطلب؟
في حال إعادة الطلب بسبب عدم الاستلام لمدة تزيد عن 5 أيام، سيتم خصم رسوم الشحن وإعادة المبلغ المتبقي إلى وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.
ما هي سياسة الاسترجاع؟
يمكنك طلب الاسترجاع خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام، وطلب الاستبدال خلال 5 أيام، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي تغليفه الأصلي.
هل منتجات التخفيضات قابلة للاسترجاع؟
لا. المنتجات المشتراة خلال التخفيضات أو العروض غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاسترداد.
هل توجد رسوم على الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال؟
نعم، تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع والاستبدال لرسوم شحن قدرها 20 ريال سعودي. يتم خصم المبلغ من قيمة الاسترجاع.

يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل بعد فحص المنتج والموافقة على الطلب.

يرجى الرجوع إلى دليل المقاسات الموجود في صفحة المنتج. في حال كنت بين مقاسين، ننصح باختيار المقاس الأكبر.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred size and color, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support immediately. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
