Our online store welcomes you and informs you that the following Terms and Conditions govern your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of the store’s services via the Internet through this electronic platform.

Any person’s use of the store—whether as a consumer of products or services or otherwise—constitutes their full acceptance and consent, while possessing full legal capacity recognized under Sharia, statutory, and legal regulations, to all the terms and provisions of this agreement. Such use confirms your commitment to comply with its terms.

This agreement applies to all forms of dealings between the consumer and the store. It becomes effective and legally binding immediately upon your acceptance and registration on the store, in accordance with Article (10) of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.


Article One – Introduction & Definitions

The above introduction forms an integral part of this agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

  1. The Store: Includes all forms of the store on the Internet, whether an electronic application, a website, or a physical commercial outlet.
  2. The Consumer: Any person who engages in e-commerce for the purpose of obtaining products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
  3. The Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and applicable laws to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  2. In the event of a violation of this article, the consumer shall bear full responsibility for the consequences toward third parties.

Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation

  1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is limited to providing the product or service.
  2. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature and type of the product or service requested.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines

  1. The consumer agrees to use the store’s electronic platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use any product or service purchased from the store in any manner that violates public morals or applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts & Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership in the store, you agree to provide specific information and choose a username and confidential password. By doing so, you agree to the following:

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and must immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  2. The store shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect material or moral loss resulting from the disclosure of your username or password.
  3. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Any use by a third party shall be deemed authorized by you.
  4. You commit to using the store seriously and in good faith.
  5. You commit to providing accurate, correct, up-to-date, complete, and lawful information during registration and updating it when necessary.
  6. The store commits to treating your personal data and contact information with strict confidentiality.
  7. If the store determines that you have provided false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or non-compliant information, it reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account without prejudice to its other legal rights.
  8. Failure to comply with any of the above entitles the store to suspend or terminate your membership or deny you access to the store’s services.

Article Six – Electronic Communications & Official Contact

  1. The parties agree that communication shall take place via the registered email address on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all electronic agreements, notices, disclosures, and communications have the same legal effect as written documents.
  3. The consumer agrees that the store may notify them of matters related to this agreement through general announcements or messages directed to specific users.

Article Seven – Amendments to the User Agreement & Fees

  1. The invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.
  2. This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the governing framework for the relationship between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the products, services, offers requested, or applicable government taxes or fees.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, amend, increase, decrease, or waive any fees at its discretion in accordance with this agreement.

Article Eight – Payment & Settlement Services

  1. The store provides payment services through its partners, allowing online payments via available payment methods or any method introduced from time to time.
  2. The store commits to displaying product or service prices in accordance with prevailing market value.
  3. The store commits to issuing invoices and receipts for all transactions and providing the consumer with a purchase invoice.
  4. The store commits to applying recognized accounting standards in its electronic store in compliance with this agreement.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the store are exclusively owned by the store, whether acquired before or after the establishment of this platform.
  2. The consumer shall respect the store’s intellectual property rights, including the store name, trademarks, logos, and all related rights.

Article Ten – Store Liability

  1. The store commits to conducting its business in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement.
  2. The store shall not be liable for claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct or indirect, incidental, caused by the consumer or third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. The store, its owners, employees, and representatives commit that all products or services are lawful, permitted, and used for legitimate purposes under Saudi law.

Article Eleven – Restriction or Termination of Access

The store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a consumer’s membership or access to the platform at any time, without prior notice and for any reason.


Article Twelve – Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Saudi authorities.


Article Thirteen – General Provisions

  1. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
  2. This agreement, as amended from time to time, constitutes the full contractual relationship between the store and the consumer.
  3. Arabic shall be the authoritative language for interpretation or translation of this agreement.
  4. Prices displayed on products or services are subject to change at any time.
  5. Promotional or marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued at the store’s discretion.
  6. The parties commit to conducting all dealings in compliance with Sharia principles and applicable laws.
  7. This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the store’s management.
