Refund policy
- If the product is defective or does not match the stated specifications, the customer has the right to request a return or an exchange.
- If the product received does not match the specifications listed on the store, the customer is entitled to a return.
- Items purchased during sales or promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Please contact Customer Support through one of the communication options available.
- Ensure that the products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.
Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges are subject to a SAR 20 shipping fee.
- For returns, the SAR 20 shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying the 20 shipping fee.
General Terms & Conditions

Carmine allows exchanges within 5 days and returns within 2 days from the date of delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Used or damaged products will not be accepted as returns.
- If your order is returned to us by the shipping company due to non-collection for more than 5 days, shipping costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days from the date we receive the return.
- For returns of non-defective products:

The customer must state the reason for the return and bear the return shipping cost. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to be unused and in its original packaging, the refund will be processed after deducting the 20 shipping fee and administrative fees, within 5–10 days.
- For exchanges of non-defective products:

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost (SAR 20) to send the product to the store address. Once confirmed to be unused and in its original packaging, the product will be exchanged.
